~~Huskies Go 2-1 at Volunteer Invitational~~

UConn started off the weekend with a loss to Texas A & M (box score: http://mcla.us/scores/games/9118/) but defeated Indiana (box score: http://mcla.us/scores/games/10150/) and Tennessee (box score: http://mcla.us/scores/games/9253/).

Not only did the team have a successful weekend on the field, off the field they visited a children's hospital with the other programs at the invitational and got to enjoy some Memphis BBQ.

~~ESPNU Warrior Classic~~

This spring the 2nd Annual ESPNU Warrior Classic will be held on April 23rd at Rentschler Field.  This years matchups include #10 UMass vs. #4 Hofstra at 3pm, and #1 Syracuse vs. Rutgers at 5:30pm.  In addition to these games UConn will also be playing #6 Colorado in Storrs at 8pm.

Regular priced tickets are $24.00-$29.00, however members of the UConn Lacrosse Association may purchase discounted tickets by either of the following methods:

1) Calling our ticket rep David Rodriguez at (860) 987-6096.   Upon calling please mention the UConn Lacrosse Association, or say our group password ULA.  Tickets over the phone are $11.50 each and will be mailed out by the Bushnell ticket office.

2) Or you can order online at this link: http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/1D004596CF9764C3.  Make sure you select your tickets under the 'Promotions and Special Offers' line.  Password is 'ULA'.  Online the cost of the tickets will be $16.50 due to a ticketmaster convenience fee.

All tickets are General Admission, and will gain you entrance to both games.  The parking lots will open for tailgating at noon.

UConn Lacrosse Games Streamed Online This Weekend

~~2011 Volunteer Invitational~~

~~UConn Lacrosse Mourns The Passing of Daniel Barney '73~~
