The 50 Year Storm is a documentary movie detailing the 50 year history of men's lacrosse at the University of Connecticut. It follows the rise and fall of the varsity program, the rebirth of a club
program, and the budding movement to re-establish a division one team
at the states flagship institution. Interviewees from each decade,
accompanied by photos and video, share their experiences and stories
about the team during their time. The film is dedicated to the past,
present, and future UConn men's lacrosse players with the hopes of building on our history and one day returning varsity men's lacrosse to Storrs, Connecticut.
